FileOpen plugin
Standards in electronic (pdf) format downloadable from UNI Store are protected by Digital Rights Management (DRM). You need to install Acrobat Reader and the FileOpen plug-in, both available for free. Correct installation of the plugin can be verified by downloading the test document.
Important
- Make sure you have Administrator grants to install new softwares on the device where you want to use the standards.
- If you use Chrome as your default browser, you must disable document opening: type chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments in the address bar to set your preferences.
- In case of problems handling the encrypted documents, please refer to the troubleshooting guide.
- Encrypted standards can be viewed on iPad, iPhone: download the FileOpen Viewer app.
